In order for the Investor to be treated as a wholesale client, one of the following criteria must be satisfied:

The Investor must be investing at least

$500,000 in a qualifying financial product

or receiving advice from us in relation

to investments in qualifying financial

products totalling at least $500,000

If the Investor is an SMSF, The

SMSF must have net assets of

at least $10 million

A qualified accountant must certify

that the Investors Relevant Entity/ies

meet the financial tests under

761G of the Corporations Act
